By opening an account and depositing funds with Aurum Capital ZA ("Aurum", "we", "us"), you ("the investor") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before transacting.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, a South African resident or otherwise permitted to invest under your local jurisdiction, and that all FICA identity information you provide is true and accurate.
Crypto deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) are converted to South African Rand (ZAR) at the live rate observed at the moment of admin confirmation. Conversion is final once recorded in your wallet.
Investors get paid starting from the following month of investment. When an investment is placed, daily profit accrual begins on the 1st day of the month after the investment date. This one-month window allows Aurum to deploy the capital into its yield strategies. The plan duration (30 days for every tier) then runs from that accrual start date, after which the principal plus full profit is credited back to your ZAR wallet at maturity.
Returns are fixed per tier over each 30-day cycle: Bronze 5.8333% monthly (70% annual, R1,000–R10,000), Silver 6.6667% monthly (80% annual, R10,001–R100,000), Gold 7.5% monthly (90% annual, R100,001–R1,000,000) and Diamond 8.3333% monthly (100% annual, R1,000,001–R10,000,000). Returns are gross of any payout network fees.
Withdrawals from active investments require a 30-day notice period from the investment start date. Wallet-balance withdrawals (non-investment funds) are processed on a best-effort basis subject to admin review.
Investment carries risk. While Aurum operates in line with FICA and POPIA, crypto-asset and yield-strategy markets are volatile and past performance does not guarantee future returns.
We process personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Identity verification is performed under FICA. We may share information with regulators where legally required.

Aurum may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email and via the platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
